Announcing our 2009 Corporate Travel Marketing Campaign. In response to the current economic downturn Timeshare Division GMAC Real Estate is aggressively ramping up our efforts by expanding our affiliations and targeting international business executives by offering continuous access to our inventory. As a member of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) we will have access to market and corporate trends. ACTE serves more than 6,000 executives in over 80 countries. Getting more involved with ACTE will give us access to Senior-Level Executives who have global responsibility and more than $200 Billion USD in purchasing power.

Timeshare Division GMAC is also a member of the Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. The Orlando CVB is the official tourism sales and marketing organization for the Orlando and Orange County region. They play an important role as a community partner and advocate for the nearly 48 million visitors that arrive at our destination each year. We are listed in the official "Destination Guide", "Tour & Travel Reference Manual", and online membership directory. We also have secured rights for inventory distribution at the Official Visitors Center which serves over 700 visitors daily.

Announcing our membership with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Metro Orlando. The 13th Annual Hispanic Business & Consumer Expo achieved exceptional results, attracting over 25,000 attendees, 425 participating organizations and close to 600 exhibitions, making it the biggest Hispanic business and consumer expo in the entire nation. We are proud to be apart of the Hispanic community and the ever growing number of Hispanic travelers.

Timeshare Division GMAC is an active member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). With our membership we hope to communicate with the developers and convince them to work with timeshare second market. With millions of timeshares expected to be sold, eventually the resort will have to develop relationships with rental marketing companies. ARDA also has a very strong research department. Keeping up to date on current timeshare trends and laws.

We are proud to be affiliated with the Arnold Palmer Foundation. We donate a portion of the marketing fee  to this wonderful foundation. To date total contributions have resulted in a prenatal hospital room fully equipped with the latest in medical technology. We are continuing our contributions with the Womens and Children's hospital.

Timeshare Division GMAC, works with any brokers that would like to participate with moving our inventory to prospective buyers. Timeshare Resales USA GMAC Real Estate, through the GMAC network has become our most successful broker. Dedicated to offering brokering services when requested by our clients. Timeshare Resales USA is our preferred third-party broker. Timeshare Resales USA GMAC Real Estate was recognized as one of the Top 10 companies during 2008. Our customers know that the strength of the GMAC network is what sets us apart. Through a preferred third-party broker, if they choose, all closing and title work is actually handled by a licensed broker. The buyer still usually pay any closing and/or processing fees.

GMAC has developed a customer satisfaction program. Premier Service real estate agents have earned a  94% proven customer satisfaction rating among surveyed customers.

Timeshare Division GMAC also has a highly trained customer service department. As a member of the International Customer Service Association (ISCA), our customer service management have been trained by industry professionals.
