Ocean Sands

All units are ocean front. Loaction is convenient to shopping. There are trolleys running daily & nightly along the oceanfront. Live music and shows nightly at every street corner along the ocean front from May - September. Huge fireworks display weekend nights from May - September. Great selection of excellent dinning within 1 mile. Water park, amusement park & Aquarium within 5 miles. Huge beaches with white sand and lifeguards. Large pool and updated weight room.

All units have a great view

All units have a great view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The boardwalk is 3 miles long - rent a bike or just walk and look at the view. The Neptune Festival has activities May - September. Arts and craft show is huge and brings loads of vendors from near and far.
